Adan Engineering works closely with building owners, insurance companies, contractors, and attorneys to investigate structures or components that fail or do not operate or function as intended.  We follow a rigorous forensic engineering approach to determine the cause or causes of failure with a view to repair or improve performance, or to assist a court in determining the facts of the failure.  The collection of data related to the material or component that failed is vital to this process.  This can involve inspections, measurement surveys, developing computer models, performing experiments, or other types of evidence collection.  While directing the investigation effort, we work respectfully with the many other parties that can be involved in the process.  As the investigation evolves, we communicate our conclusions clearly and objectively.
